Tea Two Finger Story Museum Introduction
Taiwan Erzhi Tea - A Journey of Tea Making Adventure Back to those years, the tea owner was an 8-year-old innocent boy. Influenced by elders who loved to brew tea, the tea owner embarked on a long and wondrous journey with tea. To create a flavor concentration that matched the palate of an 8-year-old, the tea owner tried to research tea roasting methods and focused on shortening the roasting time. However, due to unfamiliarity with machine operations, an accident caused him to injure his left middle and ring fingers; thus, with the remaining eight fingers, the tea owner continued to live as usual. The two fingers dedicated to tea became a testament to the tea owner’s lifelong effort to make great tea. The venue sells unique products such as organic tea, rainy season cheesecake, tea oil noodles, bubble tea, beef snacks, and finger-licking pineapple cakes. On Saturdays and Sundays, visitors can enjoy saxophone performances, and there is a family sand pit area for both adults and children to have fun together.
