Taiwan Erzhi Tea - An Adventurous Story of Tea Production. Back in the day, the tea owner was an 8-year-old boy. Influenced by the love of tea from his elders, the tea owner embarked on a long and astonishing journey with tea. To create a brew that suited the taste buds of an 8-year-old, he experimented with the roasting method and aimed to shorten the roasting time. However, due to unfamiliarity with the machine, he had an accident that severed his left middle and ring fingers. Despite this, the remaining eight fingers allowed him to live as normal; his two fingers dedicated to tea became a lifelong mark of his effort to produce great tea. The cafe offers specialty products like organic tea, Dewy Cheese Cake, Tea Oil Noodles, Bubble Milk Tea, Beef Jerky Cake, and Finger Licking Pineapple Cake. On Saturdays and Sundays, saxophone performances can be enjoyed, and a sand play area for parents and children to have fun together is also available.
