Tea No. 2 Story House Introduction
Taiwan Erzhi Tea - An Adventure Story of Tea Making. Back in the day, the tea master was just an 8-year-old innocent boy. Influenced by his elders' love for brewing tea, the tea master embarked on a long and amazing journey with tea. In his quest to create a flavor that matched the taste buds of an 8-year-old, the tea master tried to study the roasting methods and focused on shortening the roasting time. However, due to his unfamiliarity with the machine operations, an accident resulted in the severing of his left middle and ring fingers. As a result, the remaining eight fingers allowed the tea master to continue his life as usual; the two fingers dedicated to tea became a lifelong mark of his efforts to produce good tea. The establishment sells unique products such as organic tea, dew cheese cakes, tea oil noodles, pearl milk tea, beef pastries, and finger-licking pineapple cakes. Live saxophone performances can be enjoyed on Saturdays and Sundays, and there is a sand pit area for parents and children to have fun together.
