Tea Two Story House Introduction

Taiwan Two Fingers Tea - A Journey of Tea Making Once upon a time, the tea owner was an 8-year-old naive boy. Influenced by the love of his elders for brewing tea, the tea owner embarked on a long and astonishing journey with tea. In an effort to create a concentration suitable for the taste buds of an 8-year-old, the tea owner experimented with the roasting method and focused on shortening the roasting time. However, due to his unfamiliarity with the machine's operation, an accident resulted in the loss of his left middle finger and ring finger; thus, the remaining eight fingers allowed the tea owner to continue living as usual. The two fingers dedicated to tea became a lifelong mark of the tea owner's effort to make good tea. The shop sells specialty products such as organic tea, dew cheese cake, tea oil noodles, bubble tea, beef jerky cakes, and finger-licking pineapple cakes... On Saturdays and Sundays, saxophone performances can be enjoyed, and there is a sandpit area for parents and children to have fun together.
