Tea Finger Story House Introduction
Taiwan Erzhi Tea - A Tea-Making Adventure Story Back to those years when the tea boss was just an 8-year-old naïve boy. Influenced by elders’ passion for brewing tea, the tea boss embarked on a long and amazing journey with tea. To create a flavor that matched the palate of an 8-year-old child, the tea boss experimented with roasting tea methods and aimed to shorten the roasting time. However, due to unfamiliarity with the equipment, an accident led to him losing his left middle and ring fingers. Thus, with the remaining eight fingers, the tea boss continued to live life as usual; his two fingers dedicated to tea became a lifelong mark of his effort to make good tea. The establishment offers a variety of unique products, including organic tea, rain cheese cake, tea oil noodles, bubble tea, beef pastries, and finger-licking pineapple cakes. Enjoy saxophone performances on Saturdays and Sundays, and there is also a sandy play area for parents and children to have fun together.
