Huang Family Mung Bean Dessert, located near the Fu'an Temple in Checheng, is an old shop renowned for its authentic flavors. Lü Dou Suan is made from peeled mung beans, cooked slowly in syrup until thick and creamy. It can be enjoyed hot or cold, served on its own or with ingredients like vermicelli and mung beans.
