Pan's Farm was established in 1974 and is the pioneer of the Shih Chuang Creek Red Yolk Duck Eggs. After 30 years of expansion, the farm now offers red yolk duck eggs, hot spring preserved eggs, and hot spring salted eggs. Related products include West Indian cherry juice, jams, and fruit wines. The farm also collaborates with the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium to provide ecological explanations and DIY workshops for hot spring salted eggs.
