Pan's Farm was established in 1974 and is the pioneer of the Shichung Creek Red Duck Eggs. After 30 years of expansion, the farm now produces Red Duck Eggs, hot spring century eggs, and hot spring salted eggs. Related products from the farm include Caribbean cherry juice, jams, and fruit wines. The farm has also partnered with the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium to offer ecological explanations and DIY classes for hot spring salted eggs.
