Pan's Farm, established in 1974, is the pioneer of the Shih Chuang Creek red-yolk duck eggs. After 30 years of expansion, the farm currently offers red-yolk duck eggs, hot spring century eggs, and hot spring salted eggs. Related products from the farm include West Indian cherry juice, jams, and fruit wines. The farm also collaborates with the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium to provide ecological tours and DIY classes for making hot spring salted eggs.
