The "Hugua Hot Spring" is developed under "Hutou" Mountain in Ruisui Township, Hualien County, known for its renowned "Imperial Golden Amber Spring." In Chinese legend, "Hugua" embodies the deity of wealth, home protection, and guardian of children. Thus, "Hugua Hot Spring" is named to reflect its geographic location and the attributes of "Hugua," hoping that guests who come to soak and stay will receive blessings of safety, wealth, and physical and mental health brought by "Hugua."
