Chen's Kitchen Introduction
This restaurant has been in operation since 1997, founded by a husband and wife team. The owner, Mr. Chen, returned to his hometown to help at the family snack shop after his father fell ill and was unable to work. He would occasionally travel north to learn cooking skills from his uncle, who is a chef. Due to family reasons, he started a new restaurant independently, beginning from scratch to where it is today. Over the past decade, the restaurant has gradually received compliments and critiques from customers, and hopes to continue creating dishes that will delight customers for the next ten or twenty years.
