Chen's Kitchen Introduction
The restaurant has been in operation since 1997, founded by a couple. Mr. Chen, the owner, returned to his hometown to help with the family snack shop after his father became ill and was unable to work. He would also periodically travel north to learn cooking techniques from his uncle, who is a chef. Due to family circumstances, he opened his own shop and started from scratch. Over the past decade, the restaurant has gradually received praise and criticism from customers, and he hopes to continue creating dishes that customers will praise for the next ten or twenty years.
