Chen's Kitchen Introduction
The restaurant has been in operation since 1997, founded by a couple. Mr. Chen, the owner, returned to his hometown to help with the family snack shop after his father fell ill and was unable to work. He periodically traveled north to learn culinary skills from his uncle, who is a chef. Due to family circumstances, he started his own business again alone, starting from scratch to where it is now. Over the past decade, the restaurant has gradually received praise and criticism from customers, and he hopes to continue creating dishes that receive compliments for the next ten or twenty years.
