Chen Family Restaurant Introduction
The restaurant has been operating since 1997, founded by a couple working together. Due to his father's illness, Mr. Chen returned to his hometown to help with the family snack shop. He would also travel north irregularly to learn culinary skills from his uncle, who is a chef. Later, due to family circumstances, he opened his own restaurant from scratch. Over the past ten years, the restaurant has gradually received both praise and criticism from customers, and he hopes to continue creating dishes that earn the guests' admiration for the next ten or twenty years to come.
