Chen's Kitchen Introduction
The restaurant has been operating since 1997, founded by a couple. Mr. Chen, the owner, returned to his hometown to help with the family snack shop after his father became ill and was unable to work. He would occasionally travel north to learn culinary skills from his uncle, who is a chef. Due to family circumstances, he started a new restaurant on his own, starting from scratch. Over the past ten years, he has gradually received both praise and criticism from customers, hoping to continue creating dishes that will earn customers' compliments for the next ten or twenty years.
