Chen's Kitchen Introduction
The restaurant has been operating since 1997, founded by a couple. Mr. Chen, the owner, returned to his hometown to help at his family's snack shop after his father became ill and was unable to work. He would periodically travel north to learn culinary skills from his uncle, who is a chef. Due to family reasons, he opened his own restaurant alone and started from scratch, which has led to the current establishment. Over the past decade, the restaurant has gradually received praise and criticism from customers, and it is hoped that in the next ten to twenty years, they can continue to create dishes that are praised by their patrons.
