Chen's Kitchen Introduction
This restaurant has been operating since 1997, founded hand-in-hand by a husband and wife team. Mr. Chen, the owner, returned to his hometown to help with the family's small eatery after his father fell ill and could no longer work. He frequently traveled north to learn cooking skills from his uncle, who is a chef. Due to family circumstances, he independently opened a new restaurant, starting from scratch to where it is today. Over the past decade, he has gradually received both praise and criticism from customers, and he hopes to continue creating dishes that earn customer appreciation for the next ten or twenty years.
