Tu Mama's Meat Dumplings specifically select Changhua glutinous rice and round glutinous rice, with fillings made from pollution-free front leg shoulder meat from Hualien. The sticky rice is stir-fried and steamed using Tu Mama's unique recipe developed over 30 years, while the pork is braised in a secret sauce for two and a half hours, combined with some mushrooms and other seasonings for a fragrant filling.
