Chulu Leisure Agriculture Development Association, Beinan Township, Taitung County Introduction
The Chulu Leisure Agricultural Area covers approximately 600 hectares. It stretches from Taitung City through the Huatung Valley (Provincial Highway 9) towards Guanshan, focusing on the production of custard apples, loquats, plums, and coffee. Along the way, notable attractions include Chulu Coffee, the Native Plant Application Garden, Mountain Pig Organic Coffee, Jiuniu Ceramics, Jiaphang Tea Garden, and Chuhe Winery. Within the area, Chulu Ranch is the largest sloped ranch in Taiwan, and the Native Plant Application Garden nurtures over 300 varieties of herbs, the highest in Eastern Taiwan. The area also integrates the cultivation of coffee, custard apples, tea leaves, plums, and loquats, developing countless diverse and interesting rural experience activities themed around "industry storytelling and fun DIY," which brings a different perspective to the Chulu Leisure Agricultural Area: a new travel concept focusing on health, leisure, knowledge, and biotechnology.
