Chulu Leisure Agriculture Development Association, Beinan Township, Taitung County Introduction
Chulu Leisure Agricultural Zone covers an area of approximately 600 hectares. It runs from Taitung City through the Huadong Valley (Provincial Highway 9) towards Guanshan, focusing on the production of cherimoya, loquat, plum, and coffee. Along the way, attractions include Chulu Coffee, the Indigenous Plant Application Garden, Wild Boar Organic Coffee, Jiuniao Pottery, Jafang Tea Garden, and Quhe Winery. The Chulu Ranch within the zone is the largest sloped ranch in Taiwan, and the Indigenous Plant Application Garden nurtures more than 300 types of herbs, making it the most extensive in Eastern Taiwan. The area also features farmers growing coffee, cherimoya, tea, plums, and loquats, developing numerous diverse and interesting rural experience activities with the theme of "Industry Story Museum, Joyful DIY." This brings a different face to Chulu Leisure Agricultural Zone: a new travel concept focusing on healthy leisure, intellectual pursuits, and biotechnology.
