Eleventh Café is located on the 11th floor of the Sun Shooting Tower in Chiayi Park, offering a rare expansive view of downtown Chiayi, embraced by lush greenery. This inspired the creation of 360-degree floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing an abundance of sunlight and nature into the space, with unobstructed views. Trained in baking in Singapore, we bring an abundance of sweetness back to the charming town of Chiayi. Our crispy puff pastry is crunchy on the outside and sweet on the inside, freshly filled with custard, paired with a cup of brown sugar latte.
