Da Tuan Yuan was established in 1990. The founder, Mr. Li, has a background in horticulture, and he personally transformed this piece of land from a low-lying area into a foundation and building. With guidance from the Council of Agriculture, Da Tuan Yuan has become a long-standing restaurant in the area. The restaurant places great emphasis on the concept of healthy eating, thus combining outdoor garden seating, specialty tofu dishes from Shen Keng, professional banquet services, as well as medicinal cuisine and innovative dishes. This allows Da Tuan Yuan's uniqueness to be fully realized, making it a perfect venue for year-end gatherings and private banquets. Currently, the second generation has taken over the management, emphasizing that everything at Da Tuan Yuan starts with "beauty."
