Dà Tuányuán was established in 1990 by Mr. Li, who has a background in horticulture. He personally transformed this empty plot of land from a depression to its foundation and construction. With guidance from the Council of Agriculture for transformation, Dà Tuányuán has become a long-standing restaurant in the area. The restaurant places great emphasis on dietary wellness, combining outdoor garden seating, specialty tofu dishes from Shenkeng, professional banquets, as well as medicinal cuisine and creative dishes, aiming to showcase its uniqueness to the fullest.
