Da Tuan Yuan was established in 1990. The founder, Mr. Lee, has a background in horticulture and personally transformed the land from a low-lying area to a foundation and building. With guidance from the Council of Agriculture, Da Tuan Yuan has become a historic restaurant in the area. The restaurant places a strong emphasis on healthy eating concepts, combining outdoor garden seating, specialty tofu dishes from Shenkeng, professional banquets, as well as medicinal cuisine and creative dishes to showcase its uniqueness. It is perfect for corporate year-end parties and private banquets. Currently, the second generation has taken over the management, emphasizing that everything at Da Tuan Yuan begins with "beauty."
