Da Tuan Yuan, founded in 1990, was established by Mr. Li, who comes from a horticultural background. He personally transformed the area from a lowland to a foundation and building construction. With guidance from the Council of Agriculture, Da Tuan Yuan has become a historic restaurant in the region. The restaurant places a strong emphasis on dietary health and wellness, combining outdoor garden seating, specialty tofu dishes from ShenKeng, professional banquet services, as well as medicinal cuisine and creative dishes, making the unique attributes of Da Tuan Yuan truly shine.
