Wanjitofu Old Shop Introduction
Located across from the "Jishun Temple" in Shenkeng Old Street, "Wanjitofu Delicacies" is operated by local residents of Shenkeng. Being from Shenkeng and involved in the restaurant business in the local old street, it’s no surprise that tofu is at the heart of their offerings! The culinary skills of the people from Shenkeng, who creatively transform simple tofu into a variety of dishes, are renowned! The clientele of "Wanjitofu" can be divided into two categories: on weekdays, the main patrons are loyal customers from the Binhai Expressway and Xinyi Line, as well as those from Xindian, Shilin, and the eastern district of Taipei; on weekends, tourists are the primary customers. The kitchen is managed by three seasoned chefs who have worked together since the restaurant's opening, emphasizing that service is the cornerstone of business!
