Wanjih Tofu Old Shop Introduction
Located opposite the "Jishun Temple" in Shenkeng Old Street, "Wanjitofu Delicacies" is operated by locals who grew up in the area. With roots in Shenkeng and experience in the local culinary scene, the emphasis is naturally on tofu! The skills of the Shenkeng owners in creatively incorporating simple tofu into various delicious dishes are well-known! The clientele of "Wanjitofu" can be divided into two categories: weekdays and weekends. On weekdays, regular customers mainly come from the North Number Two Highway, Xinyi Branch Line, as well as the New Taipei City, Shilin, and Taipei Eastern District. On weekends, tourists become the primary source of patrons. In the restaurant, three master chefs, who have worked together since the opening, are responsible for the kitchen, emphasizing that service is the foundation of their business!
