"Wanji Tofu Cuisine," located opposite the "Jishun Temple" in Shenkeng Old Street, is operated by locals who were born and raised in Shenkeng. With roots in Shenkeng and experience in the local food industry, naturally, the focus remains on tofu! The chefs in Shenkeng have earned a reputation for their creativity in transforming simple tofu into various delicious dishes. The clientele of "Wanji" can be categorized into weekdays and weekends; during weekdays, the customers primarily consist of regulars from the North Second Highway and Xinyi branch, as well as visitors from Xindian, Shilin, and the eastern district of Taipei. On weekends, tourists become the main source of customers. In the restaurant, three chefs who have worked together since the opening manage the kitchen, emphasizing that service is the foundation of their business!
