Wanjih Tofu Old Shop Introduction
Located opposite the "Jishun Temple" on Shenkeng Old Street, "Wang Ji Tofu Delicacies" is operated by locals who were born and raised in Shenkeng. With a background in the local food industry, the owners are passionate about tofu, creating various delicious dishes that have gained a notable reputation! The customer base of "Wang Ji" can be divided into two types: during weekdays, regulars primarily from Taipei's East District, as well as from New Taipei’s Beitou and Xinyi lines, frequent the restaurant; while on weekends, tourists become the main clientele. The kitchen is managed by three skilled chefs who have worked together since the restaurant's opening, emphasizing that service is the foundation of their business! In addition to maintaining a good reputation, they also prioritize hygiene, ingredient quality, and service standards.
