Wanjii Tofu Old Shop Introduction
Located across from the "Jishun Temple" in Shenkeng Old Street, "Wanjitofu Cuisine" is run by locals who were born and raised in the area. Being from Shenkeng and operating in the local food scene, it is natural that the conversation always revolves around tofu! The skills of Shenkeng people in creatively adding unique touches to simple tofu have already gained widespread recognition! The clientele of "Wanjitofu" can be categorized into two groups: on weekdays, mainly loyal customers from the North Second Highway and Xinyi Branch Line, as well as those from Xindian, Shilin, and the East District of Taipei; on weekends, the primary source of customers comes from tourists. Three master chefs who have worked together since the opening of the restaurant manage the kitchen, emphasizing that service is the foundation of their business! Beyond reputation, they place a strong focus on hygiene, ingredient quality, and service standards.
