Shenkeng Lifen Rice Dumplings Introduction

It was not until the third generation, when Liao Lifen took over, that the shop was registered under her name and transformed into a specialty meat dumpling shop. The filling of the dumplings consists of marinated pork from the shoulder joint, crispy fried taro, and whole mushrooms, creating an exceptional flavor. If ordered in advance, guests can customize their dumplings by adding ingredients such as egg yolk, scallops, and chestnuts, resulting in a hearty texture that is highly favored by customers. Additionally, the shop offers healthy purple rice meat dumplings and red yeast meat dumplings, as well as summer refreshing red bean alkaline dumplings and original flavor alkaline dumplings.
