New Taiyuan Art Workshop Introduction
With over thirty years of experience in ceramic and glass transfer printing, Hsin Tai Yuan has worked as an OEM for major international brands like Disney and Starbucks. Three years ago, it ventured into the ceramic art research and creative market, establishing the Hsin Tai Yuan Art Workshop to showcase its rich technical expertise through original themes. Thus, the series of works often features local characteristics and multi-layered, warm aesthetics. In addition to cultivating its roots in Taiwan, it has also expanded its reach to Europe and the United States, with plans to integrate local rich industrial resources to promote cultural tourism, striving to bring the beauty of ceramic art into every household. The tung trees are widely planted in New Taipei City, and every early summer, the blooming tung flowers can be seen everywhere, creating a breathtaking sight. The design of the tung flower pattern comes from teacher Kuo-Chu Chuang, who uses fine brush techniques to vividly portray the tung flowers, reflecting an elegant temperament. Presented in a three-piece tea set, the cup design is round at the top and narrower at the bottom, accompanied by a filter cup and lid. The body is made from high-quality porcelain fired at high temperatures of 1,230 degrees Celsius, suitable for brewing tea, chrysanthemum tea, ginseng tea, etc. The pattern is also fired at high temperatures for the second time, ensuring it is fade-resistant and allows one to touch and feel the three-dimensional beauty of the tung flowers.
