Ho Dao Eatery Introduction
In the era of technological advancement and information explosion, the atmosphere of the 1950s to 1960s in Taiwan, during the period of economic takeoff, was filled with strong human connections and a carefree attitude towards life, making those who experienced that era feel particularly nostalgic! To help people from the third and fourth generations, akin to their parents and grandparents, reconnect with that increasingly forgotten time, Mr. Sun, a person from the seventh generation, specifically established the Honorable Eatery. He utilizes over ten years of design expertise to create a retro-themed restaurant reminiscent of the early Republican era. Outside the restaurant, there is a tricycle, and inside, a taxidermy specimen of a Taiwanese cow, paired with traditional delicious dishes such as rib rice, chicken leg rice, bamboo shoots with pork soup, and stinky tofu. From the space to the dining experience, every detail is dedicated to making customers feel as if they have entered a time tunnel to relive childhood memories!
