In the era of technological advancement and information explosion, the economic boom in Taiwan during the 1950s and 1960s was filled with a strong sense of community and a carefree attitude toward life, making those who lived through that time feel particularly nostalgic! To help the people of the third and fourth generations, akin to their parents and grandparents, reconnect with that gradually forgotten era, Mr. Sun, a seventh-grader, has specially opened the Honest Dining Restaurant. He has devoted over ten years of design expertise to create a vintage-themed restaurant that embodies his love for the old days. Outside the restaurant, there is a rickshaw, and inside, a specimen of a Formosan black bear, complementing traditional delicacies such as spare rib rice, chicken leg rice, bamboo shoot and pork soup, and sweet potato soup. From the ambiance to the dining experience, the restaurant strives to make customers feel as if they have entered a time tunnel, reliving childhood memories!
