To maintain a natural flavor, no artificial additives are included. The sweet potato mille-feuille employs a French pastry technique of layering dough, wrapping with butter, and rolling, with all key ingredients sourced from high-quality imported materials from France, including A.O.C. certified butter and handcrafted sea salt. Long baking hours give it a golden brown color, fully showcasing the aromas of butter and wheat, while providing a multi-layered crispiness and soft interior without feeling greasy. Freshly baked sweet potato mille-feuille emits a slight warmth and buttery fragrance, with a crispy outer layer and a soft, smooth filling that highlights the natural sweetness of the sweet potato.
