Carefully selected seasonal fresh red sweet potatoes from Taiwan, specifically chosen along with fermented butter from Isigny, France. The naturally elegant buttery aroma retains the original sweetness of the sweet potato and brings a smooth and delicate texture. To pursue natural flavors, no artificial additives are included. The sweet potato mille-feuille utilizes the French pastry technique of layering dough, with oiling and rolling, and all primary ingredients that influence the flavor are high-quality imported items from France, including A.O.C certified butter and hand-crafted sea salt. Long baking time gives the color a golden brown hue, allowing the aromas of butter and wheat to be fully expressed, and providing a multi-layered crisp enjoyment combined with a soft interior that is not greasy. The freshly baked sweet potato mille-feuille emits a slight warmth and buttery fragrance, with a crispy outer layer and a soft, smooth filling that carries the natural sweetness of the sweet potato; it is delicious by itself and even more enjoyable when paired with strong tea or coffee!
