Carefully selected seasonal fresh red-flesh sweet potatoes from Taiwan, specially paired with A.O.C. certified Isigny fermented butter from France. The naturally elegant buttery aroma preserves the original sweetness of the sweet potato, bringing a smooth and delicate texture. To maintain natural flavors, no artificial additives are included. The sweet potato mille-feuille employs a French pastry technique of layer stacking, wrapping in butter, and rolling, using only high-quality imported ingredients from France, including A.O.C. certified butter and artisanal sea salt. Long baking times transform the pastry into a golden brown, allowing the butter and wheat aromas to fully express themselves, creating a multi-layered crispness with a soft interior that is not greasy. Freshly baked sweet potato mille-feuille exudes a hint of steam and buttery fragrance, with a crispy exterior and a soft, smooth filling that highlights the natural sweetness of the sweet potato.
