Carefully selected fresh seasonal red sweet potatoes from Taiwan, paired with specially chosen Isigny fermented butter from France, which boasts a naturally elegant buttery aroma that preserves the sweet original flavor of the sweet potato while providing a smooth and delicate texture. In pursuit of natural taste, we refuse to add any artificial additives. The sweet potato mille-feuille utilizes the French pastry technique of layering dough, wrapping with butter and rolling, with all key ingredients sourced from high-quality imported French materials, including A.O.C. certified butter and handcrafted sea salt. Long baking time achieves a golden-brown color, allowing the aromas of butter and wheat to fully express themselves, resulting in a multi-layered crispy enjoyment with a soft interior that does not feel greasy. The freshly baked sweet potato mille-feuille emits a slight warmth and buttery fragrance, with a crispy exterior and a soft and smooth filling that reveals the natural sweet deliciousness of the sweet potato, making it tasty on its own, and paired with strong tea or coffee, it is an even greater delight!
