To maintain the natural flavor, no artificial additives are used. The sweet potato mille-feuille employs French baking techniques of layering dough, buttering, and rolling out. All key ingredients that influence the flavor are sourced from high-quality French imports, including A.O.C. certified butter and artisanal sea salt. A long baking process gives it a golden brown color, allowing the butter and wheat aroma to fully express themselves, resulting in a multi-layered crispness and soft inside without feeling greasy. Freshly baked sweet potato mille-feuille emits a gentle warmth with a fragrant buttery scent, featuring a crisp exterior and a soft, smooth filling that highlights the natural sweetness of the sweet potato.
