Tamsui Fish Cang's Dried Fish Sauce Set (Scallop Fish Sauce, Sakura Shrimp Fresh Fish Sauce) is a brand created by the Tamsui Fishermen's Association, offering safe, hygienic, high-quality, and affordable local fish products. Since the fresh catches by our fishermen mainly consist of anchovies, we use small anchovies caught from the coastal waters of Tamsui to make XO sauce. The anchovy meat is tender and flavorful, rich in protein and calcium, making it an excellent nutrient source for the elderly, children, pregnant women, and office workers. Our association utilizes freshly caught anchovies produced by our fishermen, paired with carefully selected scallops or sakura shrimp to create the XO sauce that is delicious and worth tasting repeatedly. This product is great to mix directly with rice or noodles. High in calcium and a local fishery product, each batch undergoes strict inspections with no preservatives added, making it a trustworthy product.
