The Tamsui Fish Treasure Mantis Shrimp Sauce Set (Scallop Mantis Shrimp Sauce, Sakura Shrimp Mantis Shrimp Fresh Sauce) is a brand created by the Tamsui Fishermen's Association that offers safe, hygienic, high-quality, and affordable local seafood products. Due to the large catch of mantis shrimp by our fishermen, we use the small star mantis shrimp, sourced from the coastal area of Tamsui, to create our XO sauce. Mantis shrimp meat is tender and delicious, rich in protein and calcium, making it an excellent source of nutrition for the elderly, young children, pregnant women, and working professionals.
