Tamsui Fish Treasure Anchovy Sauce Set (Scallop Anchovy Sauce, Sakura Shrimp Fresh Anchovy Sauce) The Tamsui Fishermen's Association's self-created brand "Tamsui Fish Treasure" offers safe, hygienic, high-quality, and affordable local fishery products. As the majority of the fresh catch by our fishermen consists of anchovies, we use the small "Starry Anchovy" sourced from the Tamsui coastal area to create our XO sauce. The anchovy meat is tender and flavorful, rich in protein and calcium, making it an excellent source of nutrition for the elderly, children, pregnant women, and working adults. Our association uses freshly caught anchovies produced by fishermen, combined with carefully selected scallops or sakura shrimp to make the XO sauce, which boasts a delightful taste worth savoring repeatedly. This product is deliciously served directly with rice or noodles. High in calcium and a local fishery product, each batch undergoes strict inspection and contains no preservatives, making it a trustworthy choice. The fresh anchovy sauce can be used as a seasoning, suitable for a variety of ingredients including cooking dishes, vegetables, seafood, fried rice, and can also serve as a side dish or condiment before meals or with drinks.
