Hung Hsing Native Chicken City Introduction
Founded over thirty years ago, Hongxing Native Chicken City is located at the stone steps entrance of Lingyun Temple on Guanyin Mountain. It retains the most traditional local characteristics, with the hospitable owner, Mr. Li, preparing the famously known mountain chicken dishes to welcome guests who travel far on weekends. Among these dishes, the Bamboo Shoots Chicken is particularly praised. It uses the green bamboo shoots harvested from Guanyin Mountain from May to October, and the pure mountain spring water from Hardman Ridge, which adds a hint of sweetness and fragrance to the farm-raised native chicken.
