Hong Hsing Chicken City Introduction
Hong Hsing Native Chicken City, with over thirty years of history, is located at the entrance of the stone steps of Lingyun Zen Temple on Guanyin Mountain. It retains the most traditional local characteristics, and the hospitable owner, Mr. Li, prepares the renowned mountain chicken dishes, welcoming guests from afar during the holidays. Among these, the most celebrated dish is the Bamboo Shoot Chicken. Using green bamboo shoots harvested from Guanyin Mountain between May and October, along with pure mountain spring water from Hard Man Ridge, the native chickens raised by Hong Hsing acquire a hint of sweetness and fragrance.
