Hung Hsing Chicken City Introduction
With over thirty years of history, Hong Hsing Native Chicken City is located at the stone steps entrance of Lingyun Temple in Guanyin Mountain. It preserves the most traditional local characteristics, with the hospitable owner, Mr. Lee, preparing the renowned mountain chicken dishes to welcome customers who travel from afar on weekends. Among them, the most praised is the Bamboo Shoot Chicken, which uses green bamboo shoots produced from Guanyin Mountain from May to October and is cooked with the pure mountain spring water from Hard Man Ridge, giving the native chickens raised by Hong Hsing a touch of sweetness and fragrance.
