A-Ying Traditional Vietnamese Noodle Introduction
This small eatery, located across from Bali Elementary School, has been operating for over a decade. The owner, a Vietnamese bride who came to Taiwan, initially only wanted to open a small shop to help with the household expenses. However, due to its authentic flavors and dedicated cooking methods, it has gained a loyal customer base and become a must-visit spot in Bali. Each day features various soup bases such as beef, pork, tomato, and seafood, along with congee, all of which the owner prepares late at night. The broth is refreshing and delicious. One must-try signature dish is the raw beef pho, where the beef slices are cooked to perfection in hot broth, making them particularly tender. When combined with the fragrance of Thai basil and squeezed lemon and chili from the side, it creates a tangy and spicy sensation that is truly delightful! The papaya salad is another must-order appetizer, with its crisp texture and sour-spicy flavor that leaves you craving for more once it's finished. The owner is generous with the ingredients, which has also attracted media attention.
