A-Ying Traditional Vietnamese Noodle Introduction
This small eatery, located across from Bali Elementary School, has been operating for over a decade. The owner, a Vietnamese bride who came to Taiwan, initially just wanted to open a small shop to help support her family. However, due to its authentic flavors and her serious approach to cooking, it has gained a loyal customer base and become a must-try spot when visiting Bali. Each day features various types of soup bases, including beef, pork, tomato, and seafood, as well as congee, all of which are prepared by the owner in the early hours of the morning. The soup is light and delicious. The raw beef pho is one of the must-order signature dishes, featuring tender beef slices cooked in hot broth, infused with the aroma of Thai basil, plus a squeeze of lime and chili on the side, creating a delightful tangy and spicy experience! The papaya salad is also a refreshing must-order, with a crisp texture and a sour-spicy flavor that will leave you craving more after you’re done. The owner is generous with her ingredients, attracting numerous media reports.
