Ayng Traditional Vietnamese Noodle Introduction
This small eatery, located across from Bali Elementary School, has been running for over a decade. The owner, a Vietnamese bride who married into a Taiwanese family, initially just wanted to open a small shop to help with household expenses. Unexpectedly, her authentic flavors and serious approach to cooking attracted more and more loyal customers, making it a must-visit spot in Bali. Each day offers a variety of broth options, including beef, pork, tomato, and seafood soups, as well as porridge, all meticulously prepared by the owner in the early hours of the morning, resulting in a refreshing and delicious broth. The beef pho is a signature dish that must be ordered, featuring tender slices of beef cooked directly in the hot broth, complemented by the aroma of Thai basil, and enhanced with lime and chili from the side, providing a tangy and spicy sensation that is utterly satisfying! The papaya salad is another must-try appetizer, with its crisp texture and sour-spicy flavor that will definitely leave you craving for more once finished. The generous servings provided by the owner have also attracted numerous media reports.
