The owner is a Vietnamese bride who came to Taiwan, initially wanting to open a small shop to help support her family. Unexpectedly, due to its authentic flavors and meticulous cooking methods, it has gained a loyal customer base and become a must-visit place in Bali. Every day, there are various soup bases available, including beef, pork, tomato, and seafood, as well as congee, all prepared by the owner overnight, resulting in a refreshing and delicious broth. The beef pho, in particular, is a signature dish that must be ordered; the beef slices, cooked in hot broth, are exceptionally tender and complemented by the fragrance of Thai basil, along with a squeeze of accompanying lemon and chili that adds a tangy and spicy kick, making it an exhilarating experience! The papaya salad is also a must-order appetizer, with its crunchy texture and sour-spicy taste that will leave a lasting impression.
