During the summer, the magnolia blooms, filling the yard and indoor space with intoxicating fragrance. Sunlight filters through the leaves, casting a beautiful glow, while flowers bloom and release their scent, making the courtyard's small bridge and flowing water a poetic scene. The owner was a chef at the famous restaurant “Ruhuan Kui,” excelling in steak preparation; the boss lady was a bartender at “EVA Air’s Crown” and together they pursued their dream of opening a restaurant. The Country Goose is the culmination of that dream, with solid culinary skills that even foreigners rave about.
