Jinghua Yanyun is a themed restaurant named after the masterpiece of the great master Lin Yutang. The owner, Ms. Luo Youzhu, who specializes in interior design, has positioned the restaurant's style to reflect the impression of Northern Chinese courtyards from the 1940s. Prior to its construction, she even traveled to Beijing to study the characteristics of the residences of poets and prominent figures in politics and business, infusing every corner of Jinghua Yanyun with the elegant atmosphere of literary figures from the capital! It is one of the few dining spaces in Taichung that boldly presents original literary works. From the four characters "Jinghua Yanyun," to the couplets, placemats, murals, and the varied heights and arrangements of the calligraphy and lighting, all creations come from the renowned artistic family in Central Taiwan, Mr. Ke Yaodong and his wife, Ms. Guo Jiegui. The red envelope-style entrance is also a popular spot for couples to take pre-wedding photos and snapshots along the artistic garden path.
