Jiu Yong Rui Zhen Cake Shop specializes in traditional pastries and wedding cakes commonly known as "large cakes." The shop continues to operate in the same way as it did when it first opened. There are more custom orders, with only a small amount of retail available in the shop. During major holidays or months with many wedding celebrations, ten pastry chefs often work until the early hours of the morning to complete the orders. Custom orders must be placed ten days in advance.
