Rihsi Tofu Pudding Introduction

Rihsi Tapioca Pearls and Tofu Dessert was established about 48 or 49 years ago by Chou Ching-Chi, who laid the foundation by selling tapioca ice. In fact, Chou's previous generation was involved in the flour wholesale business. Chou thought that instead of solely selling tapioca, it would be better to use the ingredients available at home to make tapioca and tofu dessert.
