Rihsi Tofu Pudding Introduction
Ri Xi Fen Yuan Dou Hua was started by Zhou Qing Chi around 48 or 49 years ago, laying the foundation for selling taro balls and ice. In fact, Zhou Qing Chi's previous generation was already engaged in the wholesale business of flour. Zhou Qing Chi thought that instead of exclusively selling taro balls, it would be better to use the materials available at home to make taro balls and tofu pudding. The locals loved it, and pilgrims visiting the Bi Hsuan Temple also came to seek it out, as it was delicious and affordable, becoming a famous snack in Dongshan.
