Dragon Spring Rock Native Chicken Restaurant Introduction
Founded in 1988, it is a contracted store for the National Tourism Card. Nearby attractions include the landmark "Guandi Temple" (Guangu Temple), "Wanglai Park," and "Forest Park"; adjacent to "Longqi Huxing Mountain Suspension Bridge Park" and "Dream Lake." All dishes in the restaurant are prepared using locally sourced free-range chicken paired with Guandi's three treasures: pineapples and green bamboo shoots. Signature dishes include Pineapple Bitter Melon Chicken and Bamboo Shoot Chicken. The restaurant has previously been featured on the "Icy Good Cooking" pineapple flavor program, published in HERE magazine, and has received coverage from the China Times, Business Weekly, United Daily News, Apple Daily, and the English Travel Magazine of the Ministry of Transportation. It has been selected for the Ministry of Transportation's Taiwan Group Meals and Tainan Food Festival and, with the recommendation of the Guandi Office and the Agricultural Association, participated in the Pineapple and Bamboo Shoot Festival, winning the "Exquisite Craftsmanship Award."
