Longquan Mountain Chicken Farm Introduction
Founded in 1988, it is an affiliated store of the National Travel Card. Nearby attractions include the landmark "Guanshan Temple" (Guan Gong Temple), "Wang Lai Park," and "Forest Park"; adjacent to "Longqi Tiger Shape Mountain Suspension Bridge Park" and "Dream Lake." All dishes in the store use locally raised free-range chickens, paired with Guanshan's three treasures: pineapples, green bamboo shoots, and noodles, creating delicacies such as Pineapple Bitter Melon Chicken and Bamboo Shoot Chicken. This restaurant has been featured on the "Pineapple Flavored Cuisine" program by Ice Ice Good Cooking, published in HERE magazine, and reported by the Times, Next Magazine, United Daily, China Times, Apple Daily, and the Ministry of Transportation's English tourism magazine; it has also been selected for the Ministry of Transportation’s group meals and Tainan Food Festival, and participated in the Pineapple and Bamboo Shoot Festival recommended by Guanshan Office and the Farmers' Association, winning the "Ingenious Craftsmanship Award."
