The store occasionally hosts story-reading events, led by one of the owners, Sister Pan, who discusses Tainan's old stories through picture books, gaining favor among local readers of all ages over the years. In addition to Taiwanese literature, Indigenous literature and Taiwanese Hokkien literature are also deeply cultivated here, making it a gathering place for literati near the East Gate.
