Yu-Ching A-Yue Mango Ice Introduction
About 30 years ago, the origin of Yu-Ching A Yueh began with a bowl of "Shengxian Grass Jelly" from my aunt's hands. In winter, it started with selling Shengxian Grass Jelly, using more generous portions and quality ingredients than ordinary shops, and everything is cooked by ourselves, ensuring hygiene and safety. In summer, adding the ingredients of Eight Treasures with shaved ice results in a bowl of "Eight Treasures Ice." Since Yu-Ching is abundant in "mangoes," my aunt also tried adding fresh mango chunks on top of the shaved ice, which led to the creation of Yu-Ching A Yueh's "Signature Mango Ice!" As times change, people's diverse tastes increase the variety of different icy treats. This is how snowflake mango ice and fluffy mango ice appeared. We are the earliest shop in Yu-Ching District to sell mango ice, being the founding shop of mango ice. We dedicate ourselves to preparing each bowl of mango ice with care! 1.
