Yuching Ayue Mango Ice Introduction
About 30 years ago, the origin of Yu-Ching A-Yue started from a bowl of "Shaved Grass Jelly" handed down from my aunt. In the winter, they sold shaved grass jelly, using more ingredients and portions than usual shops, and everything was cooked by themselves, ensuring cleanliness and safety. In the summer, they combined eight treasure ingredients with shaved ice to create a bowl of "Eight Treasures Ice." Due to the abundance of "mangoes" in Yu-Ching, my aunt also tried adding fresh mango chunks on top of the shaved ice, which led to the creation of Yu-Ching A-Yue's "Signature Mango Ice!" As the trends change over time, people's diverse tastes have led to an increasing variety of ice products, including the emergence of Snowflake Mango Ice and Snow Soft Mango Ice. This is the earliest shop in Yu-Ching to sell mango ice, the original store of mango ice. We are dedicated to making every bowl of mango ice with care! 1. Homemade eight treasure ingredients. 2.
