Yuching Ayue Mango Ice Introduction
About 30 years ago, the origin of Yu Jhing A Yue started from a bowl of "burnt grass jelly" handed down from my aunt. In winter, we sold burnt grass jelly with more ingredients and larger portions than most shops, and we cooked it ourselves, ensuring hygiene and safety. In summer, we added sweet toppings to crushed ice to make a bowl of "Eight Treasure Ice." Since Yu Jhing is abundant in "mangoes," my aunt tried adding fresh mango cubes on top of the crushed ice, thereby creating the "signature mango ice" of Yu Jhing A Yue! As time changes and people's taste diversifies, we continue to introduce a variety of ice products, leading to the emergence of snowflake mango ice and fluffy mango ice.
