About 30 years ago, the origin of Yu-Jing Ah-Yue started with a bowl of "burnt grass jelly," which was first sold by my aunt. In winter, it began with selling burnt grass jelly, using more ingredients and larger portions than typical shops, and it is cooked by ourselves, ensuring cleanliness and safety. In summer, when adding various toppings to shaved ice, it becomes a bowl of "Eight Treasure Ice." Because Yu-Jing is famous for its "mango," my aunt also tried adding fresh mango cubes on top of the shaved ice, which gave rise to the "signature mango ice" of Yu-Jing Ah-Yue! As times change and people's tastes diversify, we continually increase the variety of ice products like snowflake mango ice and fluffy mango ice.
