Dingkan Q-Version Deity Painted Village Introduction
Ho-An Colorful Alley is located in Jiasian Bamboo Mountain Lane. It takes only 10 minutes to walk from the Jiasian shopping district to reach it. The theme is based on the cultural landscape of the Jiasian area, personifying the three treasures of Jiasian - taro, bamboo shoots, and green plums - integrating them into the daily life of Jiasian residents, who are portrayed playing and tugging together, showcasing the warm and amusing rural culture of Jiasian. The returnees from the Dingkan community initiated a community painting project themed around deities, illustrated in a chibi style, featuring Mazu, Guan Gong, Xuantian Shangdi, Tudigong, Sandakong, and Yue Lao, among other deities that are closely related to the lives of Taiwanese people. The artwork includes many contemporary items such as mobile phones and scooters interacting with these deities, bringing a smile and bridging the distance between gods and people. The entire community features over 60 chibi deities, reflecting the diverse and vibrant religious culture of Taiwan.
