Master Deng's Braised Delicacies Introduction
Deng's Master Food has rooted in Kaohsiung for over twenty years, starting from its first restaurant in Zhongzheng. We have consistently adhered to the management philosophy of "Today's effort, tomorrow's reputation" and "Quality is a guarantee, process is key," continuously improving and practicing repeatedly. Without any advertising, the reputation of Deng's Master Food has spread through customer trust and word of mouth over the past two decades, attracting nearly ten million visitors in Southern Taiwan. As a result, we were awarded the Best Recommended Restaurant by Consumers in 1998. Meanwhile, through the efforts of all our staff in the process of internationalization, we received national certification for excellent store chain systems in 1999, HACCP certification in 2000, GHP certification in 2002, and the GSP Gold Service national certification from the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2004.
