Master Deng's Braised Dishes Introduction
Master Deng's Catering has deep roots in Kaohsiung, having been established for over twenty years. Starting from our first store in Zhongzheng, we have always adhered to the business philosophy of “Today's efforts, tomorrow's reputation” and “Quality is guaranteed, the process is key,” continuously improving and practicing repeatedly. Without any advertising, Master Deng's Catering has built a reputation over the past two decades through customer trust and word of mouth, attracting nearly ten million visitors in the southern Taiwan region. As a result, we were honored with the Best Restaurant Consumer Recommendation in 1998. Additionally, during our process of internationalization, thanks to the efforts of all our staff, we received national certification for Excellent Store Chains in 1999, HACCP certification in 2000, GHP certification in 2002, and the Gold Medal Service National Certification from the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 2004.
