Years ago, a car accident claimed the owner's life, leaving the family in financial difficulty. By chance, Ho turned to the tea that the previous owner loved, allowing her to return to the tea shop to learn and explore from the ground up, both to fulfill the late owner's wishes and to take a chance to start anew. Ho Fen-Fang, who values traditional techniques, insists on hand-picking tea leaves, pan-frying, and roasting the tea, while also focusing on innovation. Recently, she has been promoting "coffee leaves" more vigorously. She emphasizes health and wellness, wanting people to understand and appreciate coffee leaves better. "Coffee leaves are caffeine-free, and the longer you steep them, the better they taste, with no bitterness at all. Importantly, they also provide health benefits."
