Sanqiu Coffee Introduction
In Chiayi, a beautiful memory of Thai life is recreated as three sisters return home to accompany their parents and decide to open a small shop together. The eldest sister, Mei, who is skilled in making desserts and has lived abroad for many years, not only brought her Thai husband back to Taiwan but also aims to bring the relaxed and easy-going lifestyle she experienced in Thailand to Chiayi. The café, Sam Qiu, features many Thai elements, including Thai music and dishes that incorporate Thai flavors. After multiple refinements, dessert chef Mei completed a black rice cake that caters to Taiwanese tastes and is gluten-free, making it suitable for those with gluten allergies. Since its launch, it has been gaining increasing popularity. The "Thai tea coffee" from the Thai milk tea series retains traditional preparation methods and is mixed with a sugar-reduced health recipe, combined with freshly brewed homemade coffee, allowing for a rich fusion of Thai milk tea and aromatic coffee. Additionally, the visually and tastefully appealing "Thai milk tea pudding," topped with Thai tea sauce and light lime cream, offers three layers of flavor. The second sister, Ola, is a professional barista manning the counter, while the youngest sister, Holy, is developing mooncake gift boxes... The real hidden gem is the nostalgia of the Thai chef brother-in-law: classic Thai basil pork rice, Thai basil fried rice, available for takeout.
