Sanqiu Coffee Introduction
In Chiayi, three sisters have reunited to accompany their parents and decided to open a small shop, rekindling beautiful memories of life in Thailand. Mei, the eldest sister, who has lived abroad for many years and is skilled in making desserts, not only brought her Thai husband back to Taiwan but also wanted to infuse the relaxed and carefree atmosphere she experienced in Thailand into Chiayi. The café, Sam Qiu Coffee, features many Thai elements, including the play of Thai music, and the menu embodies Thai culinary elements. Dessert chef Mei has created a gluten-free black rice cake, tailored to Taiwanese tastes and suitable for those with gluten allergies, which has become increasingly popular after multiple iterations. The "Thai tea coffee," a derivative of the Thai milk tea series, retains authentic preparation methods, using a low-sugar health recipe and freshly brewed home-style coffee, allowing customers to enjoy the rich fusion of Thai milk tea and aromatic coffee. Additionally, the visually and tastefully appealing "Thai milk pudding," topped with Thai tea sauce and light lemon whipped cream, offers three layers of flavor. The second sister, Ola, is a professional barista stationed at the counter, while the youngest sister, Holy, is developing mooncake gift boxes. A true hidden gem is the homesickness brought by the Thai chef brother-in-law: classic Thai basil minced pork rice, Thai basil fried rice, available for takeout.
