Sanqiu Coffee Introduction

In Chiayi, the three sisters recreate the beautiful memories of life in Thailand as they return home to accompany their parents and decide to open a small shop together. The eldest sister, Mei, who has lived abroad for many years and is skilled in making desserts, not only brings her Thai husband back to Taiwan but also aims to infuse the relaxed and casual vibe she experienced in Thailand into Chiayi. The café, Sam Hill Coffee, features many Thai elements, including the playing of Thai music, and the menu incorporates Thai culinary influences. Mei, the pastry chef, has perfected a black rice cake that caters to Taiwanese tastes and is gluten-free, making it suitable for those with gluten allergies. It has grown increasingly popular since its launch. The "Thai tea coffee," an extension of the Thai milk tea series, preserves authentic preparation methods and is crafted with a low-sugar, health-conscious recipe, combined with freshly brewed house coffee, allowing customers to enjoy a rich blend of Thai milk tea and fragrant coffee. Additionally, the visually and tastefully delightful "Thai milk pudding," topped with Thai tea sauce and light whipped cream, offers a taste of three distinct flavor layers. The second sister, Ola, is the professional barista manning the counter, while the youngest sister, Holy, is currently developing mooncake gift boxes. The real hidden gem is the nostalgic offerings of the Thai chef brother-in-law: classic Thai basil pork rice, Thai basil fried rice, available for takeout.
