Three Hills Coffee Introduction
In Chiayi, the three sisters, who returned home to accompany their parents, decided to open a small shop to recreate the beautiful memories of life in Thailand. The eldest sister, Mei, who has lived abroad for many years and is skilled at making desserts, not only brought her Thai husband back to Taiwan but also wanted to bring the easy-going and relaxed vibe she experienced in Thailand to Chiayi. The café, Sam Qiu Coffee, features many Thai elements, including Thai music and Thai-flavored dishes. Pastry chef Mei has completed her black rice cake, which is gluten-free and suitable for those with gluten allergies, after many trials and adjustments to suit Taiwanese tastes, and it has become increasingly popular. The "Thai tea coffee," an extension of the Thai milk tea series, retains authentic preparation methods and is blended with a low-sugar health-conscious recipe, along with freshly brewed beans, allowing for a rich fusion of Thai milk tea and aromatic coffee. Additionally, the visually and flavorfully appealing "Thai milk pudding," topped with Thai tea sauce and light fresh cream, offers three layers of flavor. The second sister, Ola, is a professional barista managing the counter, while the youngest sister, Holy, is developing mooncake gift boxes... The true hidden gem is the nostalgia of the Thai chef brother-in-law: classic Thai basil pork rice, Thai basil fried rice, and takeout exclusives.
