You Ji Bai Nian You Fan Introduction

Established in 1862, the renowned restaurant "100-Year Oil Rice" has been serving the local community in Daxi, Taoyuan with rice-based products since its inception. The aim has always been to provide simple yet hearty dishes that leave customers satisfied and feeling their visit was worthwhile. Initially, the founder sold rice wrapped in lotus leaves from a shoulder pole on the streets, providing meals for families. Over time, the business flourished and transitioned to selling meat dumplings, offering quick and convenient rice meals for travelers. The fourth generation took over in 1986, dedicated to transforming this historic establishment into a brand that garnered extensive media attention. With over 150 years of heritage, the hope is to continue for another century. Future plans include ongoing product development and offering various purchasing options to help visitors better understand Daxi and the legacy of "100-Year Oil Rice."
