This old shop, the only one selling vegetarian meatballs in the Taoyuan area, is run by Chen Ying-Long, who follows traditional methods to meticulously craft the outer skin by hand, which has garnered great affection from customers. Its biggest features are its chewy, tender, smooth, and silky texture. The filling consists of crisp and refreshing premium bamboo shoots, paired with carefully selected Daxi vegetarian noodles, drizzled with a unique secret sauce and chili sauce. It's delicious, natural, and healthy—definitely an addictive vegetarian dish.
