Juhe Cuisine House Introduction
"Juhua" is translated from the Amis tribal name Ci'hek of the owner, Wang Chun-Ju. "Juhua Dining House" is located at the beautiful coastline on Provincial Highway 11 at 50.5 kilometers, near the administrative area of Fengbin Township, beside the Catong River and Fengbin Bridge, making it quite easy to find. The ingredients are sourced from the lovely market of the neighboring Amis tribe's Ina, offering a self-serve buffet that features locally sourced ingredients cooked on-site. The second floor provides meeting space and meal services, as well as delivery services to nearby areas. Additionally, there are quick stir-fry options, indigenous-style meals, and catering services available with prior reservations encouraged. Juhua Dining House has long collaborated with social welfare organizations, hospitals, and schools, with a team of dedicated local women ensuring that children, youth, and the elderly in the Fengbin area receive nutritious meals, thus placing special emphasis on health in the buffet offerings. Dining at the restaurant provides a priceless view of the Pacific Ocean and the Catong River, creating a refreshing experience.
