"Juhu" is translated from the Amis name Ci’hek of the owner Wang Chunjuku. "Juhu Cuisine House" is located at the beautiful coastline on Provincial Highway 11, 50.5 kilometers in, near the Fengbin Township administrative area, beside Maogong Creek at Fengbin Bridge, with a prominent geographical location. Ingredients are sourced from the nearby Amis traditional market, and the restaurant offers a buffet with locally sourced ingredients cooked fresh daily. The second floor provides a meeting space and meal services, with nearby delivery available, as well as stir-fry, indigenous-style meals, and catering services, all of which require advance reservations.
