"Yongfu Wild Shop" is located in the beautiful Yongfu Village of Changbin Township, established through the collaboration of Chairman Cai and local residents. "Yongfu Wild Shop" offers seasonal wild vegetables, fruits, seafood, Yongfu sea salt, and bread dishes as part of its Wild Lunch menu. Additionally, Chairman Cai combines the Amei culture with salt-making experiences and traditional cultural tours, allowing visitors to Changbin Township to enjoy a leisurely and immersive local experience. The semi-open wild shop space is personally designed by Chairman Cai, featuring traditional Amei architectural styles. Surrounding the shop are models of traditional houses, farming tools, and common traditional plants, enabling visitors to hear the most localized stories of Amei culture and life after experiencing traditional salt-making. Yongfu Wild Shop provides locally sourced, healthy, and delicious omakase meals, including "Wild Lunch" and "Wild Afternoon Tea," both of which require reservation for groups of 4 to 25. The salt-making experience is open for 4 to 20 participants to sign up. In the future, the shop plans to experiment with growing herb crops, expecting to introduce herbal tea bags to diversify its offerings.
