Yongfu Wild Shop Introduction
"Yongfu Wild Shop" is located in the beautiful Yongfu Village of Changbin Township, established through the collaboration of Chairman Tsai and local residents. The "Yongfu Wild Shop" offers a wild lunch featuring seasonal local vegetables, fruits, seafood, Yongfu sea salt, and bread dishes. On the other hand, Chairman Tsai combines Amis cultural heritage to provide sea salt experiences and traditional cultural guided tours, allowing visitors to Changbin Township to appreciate a deep local adventure at a relaxed pace. The semi-open wild shop space is personally designed by Chairman Tsai in the style of traditional Amis architecture, and the surrounding area features models of traditional houses, farming tools, and common traditional plants; after experiencing traditional sea salt production, visitors can also hear the most local Amis traditional culture and life stories. Yongfu Wild Shop offers delicious, natural, and healthy gourmet omakase cuisine, including "Wild Lunch" and "Wild Afternoon Tea," both of which require reservations, accommodating groups of 4 to 25 people; the sea salt experience welcomes reservations for 4 to 20 people. In the future, the wild shop plans to experiment with growing herb crops, anticipating the launch of herbal tea bags to diversify and enrich the dining experience.
