The beautiful Hualien is Taiwan's back garden. Located in the heart of the Hualien-Taitung valley, Yuli and ZhuoXi are surrounded by mountains and have fresh air, resembling a paradise on earth. The abundant fertile area formed by the upper reaches of rivers such as QingShui River, LakuLaku River, and HePing River not only receives pure water sources from Yushan, the Central Mountain Range, and the Coastal Mountain Range, but is also nourished by the mineral essence and trace elements from the Eurasian and Philippine tectonic plates, giving the "Wow Good Rice" exceptional characteristics and flavors. The terrain between the two mountain ranges and the natural barrier of the Wuqiu Plateau in the north not only shortens intense sunlight but also mitigates the harsh northeast monsoon in winter, creating a growing environment with large temperature differences between day and night.
