Chaoxi Lodge is located at the intersection of Penghu City and the Circular Road. The exterior looks vintage, featuring a creative sign made of iron dish plates that piques interest. Inside, it is adorned with old-fashioned shaved ice machines, antique posters, and early pinball machines, giving this distinctive eatery a strong sense of nostalgia both in appearance and interior decor. Each dish at Chaoxi Lodge incorporates local traditional ingredients combined with the owner's creativity to create unique and delicious recipes, such as the "Big Clam Rice," which perfectly blends the sticky texture of glutinous rice with the fresh flavor of big clams. The glutinous rice is wrapped in the big clam and served at the table, making it irresistible to eat one after another.
