Longxing Restaurant was established in 1994, starting with Hong Kong-style dim sum, and later transformed to focus on Taiwanese cuisine featuring Penghu seafood. It primarily caters to local banquets and also serves tour groups, hence the restaurant is elegantly decorated with a classic style and private rooms are also planned. Longxing Restaurant mainly serves local loyal customers, customizing dishes based on their age groups: the elderly prefer congee and lighter foods, middle-aged guests enjoy vegetables, while younger diners favor fried and flavorful dishes. For children, the owner even offers fried ice cream to please everyone’s palate!
