At Ubud Rainforest Restaurant, all the furniture, decorations, and building materials come from Indonesia. Many of the facilities were even overseen by Liang Zhengbin himself, who treated the process like playing with "big building blocks." After labeling, they were disassembled and shipped to Taiwan, where they were reassembled according to the markings. The dishes at Ubud Rainforest are also crafted by Liang Zhengbin, as the hired chef was accustomed to preparing heavily spiced "seasoned dishes," which did not align with the owner's philosophy that "freshness is delicious, and the original flavor is true skill." Therefore, the owner personally went to Indonesia to learn authentic cooking techniques and insists on using natural and fresh ingredients, emphasizing health benefits! It is hoped that visitors to Ubud Rainforest can enjoy a relaxed and leisurely experience, tasting distinctive Southeast Asian cuisine while enjoying a gentle breeze, listening to the sounds of insects and birds, admiring the beauty of nature, and immersing themselves in a relaxing atmosphere reminiscent of an exotic destination!
