Ubud Rainforest Restaurant Introduction
At Ubud Rainforest Restaurant, all the furniture, decorations, and building materials are sourced from Indonesia. Many of the facilities were personally overseen by Liang Zhengbin during their construction, likened to playing with "large building blocks." Once marked, they were disassembled, shipped to Taiwan, and then reassembled according to the labels. The dishes at Ubud Rainforest are also crafted by Liang Zhengbin himself, as the hired chefs are accustomed to making "spiced dishes" which do not align with the owner's philosophy of "fresh is delicious, and authenticity is true skill." Therefore, the owner personally traveled to Indonesia to learn authentic cooking techniques and insists on using natural and fresh ingredients, emphasizing health benefits! The hope is for visitors to Ubud Rainforest to relax and unwind while savoring unique Southeast Asian cuisine, enjoying a gentle breeze, listening to the sounds of insects and birds, appreciating the beauty of nature, and experiencing a relaxing atmosphere as if they were in a foreign land!
