Ubud Rainforest Restaurant Introduction
At Ubud Rainforest Restaurant, all the furniture, decorations, and building materials are sourced from Indonesia. Many of the facilities were personally overseen by Liang Zhengbin, who crafted them on-site. They were disassembled, marked, shipped to Taiwan, and then reassembled according to the labels, much like playing with "big building blocks." The dishes at Ubud Rainforest are also created by Liang Zhengbin himself. This is because the chefs hired were accustomed to making spiced "flavored dishes," which did not align with the owner Liang Zhengbin's philosophy that "freshness is delicious, and authenticity is true skill." As a result, the owner personally went to Indonesia to learn authentic cooking techniques and insists on using natural and fresh ingredients, emphasizing health-consciousness! The hope is that visitors to Ubud Rainforest can relax and unwind, savoring distinctive Southeast Asian cuisine while enjoying the gentle breeze, listening to the sounds of insects and birds, appreciating the beauty of nature, and indulging in a stress-free atmosphere as if they were in a foreign land!
