The dishes at Ubud Rainforest are also created by Liang Zhengbin himself, as the hired chefs were accustomed to making "seasoned dishes" with more spices, which did not align with the owner's belief that "freshness is delicious, and authenticity is true skill." Therefore, the owner of Ubud Rainforest personally went to Indonesia to learn authentic cooking techniques and insists on using natural, fresh ingredients, emphasizing health benefits!
