Ubud Rainforest Restaurant Introduction
At Ubud Rainforest Restaurant, all the furniture, decorations, and building materials come from Indonesia. Many of the facilities were even personally supervised by Liang Zhengbin, resembling a giant building block game. After being marked and disassembled, they were shipped to Taiwan and reassembled according to the labels. The dishes at Ubud Rainforest are also crafted by Liang Zhengbin himself, as the hired chefs were used to making heavily spiced "flavored dishes," which did not align with the owner's philosophy that "freshness is delicious, and original flavors show true skill.” Therefore, the owner took the initiative to travel to Indonesia to learn authentic cooking techniques and insisted on using natural and fresh ingredients, emphasizing health. It is hoped that visitors to Ubud Rainforest can relax and enjoy a leisurely time, savoring unique Southeast Asian cuisine while feeling a gentle breeze, listening to the sounds of insects and birds, admiring the beauty of nature, and enjoying an ambiance that feels like a trip to a foreign land!
