In 2015, it won the championship at the Hakka cuisine cooking competition, preserving the "pickled food culture" developed by the Hakka people to ensure food longevity. This idea won the championship in the Central Region Hakka cuisine competition in 2015, as the judges unanimously agreed that modern Hakka cuisine, while preserving pickled items as part of the dietary habits, can also align with the modern concepts of low oil, low salt, and low sugar.
