I highly recommend the signature Assam noodle at our restaurant. It uses the local specialty from Jiji Township - Assam black tea, which is infused into the noodles. Initially, you may not notice much, but after a while, you'll feel a sweet aftertaste in your throat, accompanied by a subtle tea aroma in your mouth.
