In 2015, it won the championship at a Hakka cuisine competition, inheriting the "pickled food culture" developed by Hakka people to preserve food for long periods. Ah Cong's Variety Noodles seeks to promote the core values and purpose of the Hakka industry, contemplating how its culture can deeply root in the hearts of Hakka people while also allowing the general public to understand Hakka origins and history. The lunch box features Hakka floral patterns, intuitively linking the product to Hakka food, while also incorporating Granny's pickled winter melon into the dishes through Ah Cong's skilled hands.
