Nantou Mixed Noodle Dream Factory, A-Chung's Mixed Noodle is determined to become the first Hakka restaurant in Shui Li Township, Nantou County. In 2015, it won the championship in the Hakka Cuisine Competition, inheriting the "pickled food culture," developed by Hakka people to preserve food for a long time. With years of culinary expertise, A-Chung's Mixed Noodle creatively prepares various delicious Hakka dishes using pickled vegetables, bringing innovative vitality to traditional Hakka cuisine and ensuring the sustainable inheritance of Hakka food culture, thereby creating a unique brand with its distinct characteristics. A-Chung's Mixed Noodle aims to promote the core values and objectives of Hakka industries, contemplating how the culture can be deeply rooted in the hearts of the Hakka people while also allowing the general public to understand Hakka origins and history. The bento box design allows customers to intuitively associate the product with Hakka food through traditional Hakka floral fabrics. Additionally, A-Chung skillfully incorporates grandmother's pickled aged winter melon into the dishes. There are no luxurious plating decorations or extravagant dishes; instead, it features the familiar flavors of Hakka cuisine: "salty," "oily," and "fragrant." Combined with contemporary healthy eating habits, the meals are cooked into innovative Hakka cuisine.
