Nantou Hakka Noodle Dream Factory, Chef A Chong's Hakka Noodle aims to become the first Hakka restaurant in Shui-Li Township, Nantou County. In 2015, it won the championship in the Hakka culinary competition, inheriting the "pickled food culture" developed by Hakka people to preserve food for a long time. With years of culinary skills, it uses pickled vegetables to prepare various delicious Hakka dishes, bringing innovative and abundant culinary vitality to traditional Hakka cuisine, sustainably passing down Hakka food culture and creating a distinctive brand. Chef A Chong's Hakka Noodle, aiming to promote the core values and objectives of Hakka industry, contemplates how its culture can be deeply rooted in the hearts of Hakka people and allow the general public to understand Hakka origins and history. The lunch box design enables customers to intuitively associate the product with Hakka food through Hakka floral fabric. Additionally, through Chef A Chong's craftsmanship, the aged pickled winter melon made by grandma is incorporated into the dishes. There are no extravagant plating decorations or fancy plates; it is simply the taste that Hakka people were accustomed to in the past: the three elements of "salty," "oily," and "fragrant," combined with modern healthy eating habits, transforming the meal into innovative Hakka cuisine.
