Only My Trout Established: 1988 Signature Dishes: Steamed Trout, Sweet and Sour Trout, Boiled Free-Range Chicken, Ginger Pork Intestine, Hakka Stir-Fry, Wild Boar, Fresh Stir-Fried Mushrooms, Salt and Pepper Creek Shrimp, Forever Together. Owner's Note: Only My Trout (formerly Chun Gu Restaurant) opened in 1988 and is the first trout cuisine restaurant in Nan-Jhuang. In 1992, the restaurant separated from the trout farm, and Chun Gu Restaurant relocated twice. In 2005, we expanded our business at the current site beside the Penglai Creek in Nanjhuang Township, Nanjing Village, Neighborhood 17, No. 39-1, and changed the name to Only My Trout. In 2006, we upheld our commitment to high-quality service and added leisure resort log cabin accommodations, providing comprehensive travel services so that visitors to Nanjhuang can also enjoy a high-quality vacation experience.
