Wei Wo Du Zuan Established: 1988 Signature Dishes: Steamed Trout, Sweet and Sour Trout, Poached Chicken, Ginger Shredded Intestines, Hakka Stir-Fry, Wild Boar Meat, Stir-Fried Mushrooms, Salt and Pepper Stream Shrimp, Everlasting. Owner's Note: Wei Wo Du Zuan (originally Chun Gu Restaurant) began operations in 1988 and is the first trout restaurant in Nanzhuang. In 1992, the restaurant separated from the trout farm. Chun Gu Restaurant changed locations twice, and in 2005, it expanded its business at its current site on the banks of the Penglai River at No. 39-1, Lane 17, Nanjing Village, Nanzhuang Township, and was renamed Wei Wo Du Zuan. In 2006, adhering to years of high-quality service spirit, we added vacation log cabins to offer comprehensive travel services, allowing visitors to enjoy high-quality vacation experiences in Nanzhuang.
