We Are the Only Trout Established: 1988 Signature Dishes: Steamed Trout, Sweet and Sour Trout, White Cut Native Chicken, Ginger Shredded Pork Intestines, Hakka Stir-Fry, Wild Boar Meat, Fresh Stir-Fried Mushrooms, Salt and Pepper Stream Shrimp, Eternal Love (a dish). Owner's Note: We Are the Only Trout (formerly Chun Gu Restaurant) began operations in 1988 and is the first restaurant in NanJhuang specializing in trout dishes. In 1992, the restaurant became independent from the fish farm. Chun Gu Restaurant changed locations twice before, in 2005, expanding operations at its current site by the Ponyai Stream at No. 39-1, Ln. 17, Nanjiang Village, Nanzhuang Township, and was renamed We Are the Only Trout. In 2006, upholding our long-standing commitment to high-quality service, we introduced leisure vacation wooden cabin accommodations, offering comprehensive travel services so that visitors can enjoy a high-quality vacation experience while in Nanzhuang.
