The Only Trout Established: 1988 Signature Dishes: Steamed Trout, Sweet and Sour Trout, Herb-blanched Chicken, Ginger Shredded Intestines, Hakka Stir-fried Dishes, Wild Boar Meat, Stir-fried Fresh Mushrooms, Salted Crispy Creek Shrimp, Eternal Love. Owner's Note: The Only Trout (formerly Chun Gu Restaurant) started operations in 1988 and was the first trout cuisine restaurant in Nanzhuang. In 1992, the restaurant separated from the trout farm. Chun Gu Restaurant changed locations twice and, in 2005, expanded its operations at the current site by the Penglai River at No. 39-1, Lane 17, Nanjing Village, Nanzhuang Township. It was renamed The Only Trout. In 2006, upholding our long-standing commitment to high-quality service, we added leisure vacation wooden cabin accommodations, providing comprehensive travel services so that visitors to Nanzhuang can also enjoy a high-quality vacation experience.
