Only My Trout Established: 1988 Signature Dishes: Steamed Trout, Sweet and Sour Trout, White Cut Chicken, Ginger Sausage, Hakka Stir-Fried, Wild Boar, Stir-Fried Mushrooms, Salt and Crispy Stream Shrimp, Eternal Love. Owner's Note: Only My Trout (formerly Chungu Restaurant) started operations in 1988 and was the first trout restaurant in Nanzhuang. In 1992, the restaurant became independent from the trout farm. Chungu Restaurant changed location twice before in 2005 expanding its business at the current site by the Penglai River in Nanjing Village, Nanzhuang Township, and was renamed Only My Trout. In 2006, adhering to years of high-quality service, we added wooden cabin accommodations for leisure and vacation, providing comprehensive travel services so that visitors can also enjoy a high-quality holiday experience in Nanzhuang.
