Shibi Dyeing Workshop DIY Introduction
The owner of the dyeing workshop, Lin Shuli, began learning the traditional weaving techniques of the Atayal tribe after marrying into the Shibi community from another place. She is highly skilled in traditional techniques such as extracting silk from ramie, dyeing with plants, and weaving with a loom, and she has also established the workshop to actively promote these crafts. Visitors can experience DIY activities such as plant dyeing, weaving, and frame weaving, as well as enjoy café and accommodation services.
