Shanzhi Township Flavor Restaurant Introduction
Located within Alishan National Forest Recreation Area, directly opposite the Alishan Post Office. Boss Tsai has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, and because of his love for good food, he opened this restaurant in Alishan featuring stone hot pot and mountain ingredients. During meal times, there is always a crowd, so be sure to arrive early to queue for a table! Recommended dishes include Mugwort Chicken Soup, High Mountain Cabbage, Wasabi Chicken Hot Pot, and Mountain Celery Beef, all of which are relatively unique items, but there are other dishes worth trying as well!
