Boss Tsai has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, and because of his love for food, he opened this restaurant in Alishan, specializing in stone pot hot pot and mountain produce dishes. During dining hours, there is always a steady stream of customers, so if you want to eat here, be sure to come early to line up! Recommended dishes include Daylily Chicken Soup, High Mountain Cabbage, Wasabi Chicken Hot Pot, and Mountain Celery Beef, which are relatively unique items. There are also other dishes worth trying!
