Shan Chih Township Flavor Restaurant Introduction
Located within the Alishan National Forest Recreation Area, right across from the Alishan Post Office. Boss Tsai has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, and because of his love for food, he opened this restaurant in Alishan, which features stone hot pot and mountain cuisine. The restaurant always attracts large crowds during meal times, so be sure to arrive early to queue for a table! I recommend the Daylily Chicken Soup, Alpine Cabbage, Wasabi Chicken Soup Hot Pot, and Mountain Celery Beef, which are relatively unique menu items. There are also other dishes worth trying!
