Paper Dragon Creative Workshop Introduction

The guiding principle of "Puli Paper" since its establishment in 1979 is to make every sheet of paper with care. Under the leadership of founder Mr. Chang Ching-Hsiang, the company has traversed 40 years and has marketed its superior papermaking technology to over 60 countries across all five continents. In 2007, with support from the Industrial Technology Research Institute of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the "Papermaking Dragon Creative Museum" was established, which serves as a sightseeing factory showcasing mechanical papermaking. Unlike the traditional papermaking that people are familiar with, Papermaking Dragon presents a more modern and lifestyle-oriented approach to mechanical paper. Through guided storytelling and DIY workshops, it conveys the warmth of paper to visiting guests. The Papermaking Dragon Creative Museum is located in Puli, Nantou, a paper-making town that dates back to the Qing Dynasty. After enduring a challenging and competitive environment, it has transformed from a traditional paper mill into a tourist factory. Utilizing its own factory-produced "Color Wave Paper,” Papermaking Dragon has developed "Paper Lego 3D Figures," which are loved by both children and adults. The museum not only allows you to enjoy the fun of DIY crafts but also showcases various paper art designs and creations in its exhibition hall. Here, you will discover that paper is no longer just a simple sheet; it embodies diverse forms, reflecting our rich aesthetic of life. We welcome you to visit and experience the joy of creation! We believe it will greatly inspire and help you in imagination, creativity, and construction, providing you with a broader scope for your creativity and vision.
