The owner, Master Mau, had more than ten years of rich experience in chocolate making before the online sales began. His journey started in 1999 when his children loved chocolate, which inspired him to go to Japan for specialized chocolate training. After returning to Taiwan, he continuously studied chocolate recipes and initially did not sell them, instead giving them to friends and family for tasting.
