Spring Farm Introduction
Located in the Hutoushan Mountain Range in Taoyuan, covering an area of 3 hectares, this valley-like terrain is surrounded by mountains. A pure stream flowing from Hutoushan runs through it. Before development, it was a wasteland with remnants of walls, yet full of life. In 2003, Sweet Potato Vine took over for development, adhering to the principle of not disrupting the original topography, preserving large areas of terraced fields. Besides growing various vegetables organically and naturally in rotation according to the seasons, the farm also significantly plants native Taiwanese species such as bananas and herbs. The farm cultivates thousands of Taiwanese cherry trees, bald cypress, water lilies, and various nectar plants, attracting numerous butterflies, making the farm not only functional for producing delicious vegetables and herbs in spring but also a beautiful landscape for enjoyment.
