Taiwan's local beverage brand "King Car Beverage" is now open for visits in Zhongli! The jingle of "Mr. Brown Coffee" always echoes in our ears, and it surely brings to mind a gentleman in a white suit, with a thick mustache, holding a cup of coffee in one hand and giving a thumbs up with the other—Mr. Brown, the trademark of King Car's coffee brand, is also one of Taiwan's representative canned coffee brands. King Car Company established its factory in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City in 1979 and launched "King Car Root Beer," which caught the attention of consumers. Later, a coffee production line was set up in the factory, leading to the production of canned coffee—today's Mr. Brown Coffee, with Mr. Brown serving as the unchanging trademark image. His Westernized appearance symbolizes his origin from Central and South America, coinciding with the coffee's primary growing areas, which is also the concept behind the initial trademark design.
