Meatball Rui Introduction
Beidou Mazu Temple Meatball, four generations of inheritance "One府, Two鹿, Three艋舺, Four寶斗", Beidou Township was once a prosperous city in Taiwan. When thinking of Beidou Township, meatballs must come to mind; the Fan family's Beidou meatballs, which originated at the Mazu Temple, have been passed down locally for over forty years and are now run by the fourth generation. Mr. Fan Ruiming, the third-generation owner, warmly greets customers and has become the face of the meatball brand. The Beidou meatball is handmade, with a three-finger pinching mark, and has a translucent appearance. The filling consists of pork belly and bamboo shoots, topped with a unique sauce, resulting in a chewy skin and abundant filling that is delicious and easy to eat, often paired with tofu soup or meatball soup. The chilled delivery of steamed, fried, or cold meatballs offers excellent flavors, and the exquisite gift boxes are a representation of Changhua.
