Honglin Garden Café Introduction
Honglin Garden Cafe is a restaurant introduced by poet Wu Sheng. The owner also runs a gardening business, which makes the restaurant’s decor exceptionally elegant. The original site of this restaurant was once a gathering place for environmental activists in Taiwan. The owner has retained the old building and has opened a restaurant next to it. The menu features homestyle dishes, each of which is quite simple yet delicious. With minimal seasoning, the natural flavors of the ingredients shine through, offering both health and taste.
