Ice Dumpling Invention Museum Introduction
The Ice Dumpling Invention Museum is operated by Yongtai Food Enterprises, which started by making traditional mochi as a subcontractor. It is a great place for parents to bring their children to experience the fun of DIY ice dumpling making. Outside the museum, there is a large mural wall completed collaboratively by local elementary school students from Beidou. The style of the museum is antique, with the first floor introducing the production line, showcasing early mochi-making machines along with descriptive texts and images. The second floor is the exhibition area, featuring unique flavors of ice dumplings from the museum as well as a sales area, along with a DIY classroom where children can experience the fun of making mini dumplings and a parent-child play area that kids will love!
