Every day at 8 a.m., we begin a busy day, meticulously working through every step from cutting meat, braising meat, to simmering broth without any negligence. We prepare fresh braised beef daily, using beef shank from Australia and New Zealand. Instead of using large bones for the broth, we make it with pure beef, ensuring that the flavor remains unaltered by excessive seasonings, allowing customers to enjoy the most authentic and sweet taste. The large pieces of beef provide a satisfying and delightful texture for our customers. Since our establishment in 2000, we have remained consistent for over twenty years, and our genuine flavors will continue to accompany this generation and the next.
